What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is available starting from 3:00 PM. On your day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 11:00 AM.

What are the reception hours?

Our reception desk is at your service daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

What languages are spoken at the reception?

Our multilingual staff is pleased to assist you in Italian and English.

Where is the property and how can I/we reach it?

Our residence is situated in the heart of Turin's historic center, housed within a prestigious 1858 landmark building at Corso Palestro, 5. Thanks to our prime location, the property is easily accessible:

    • By Train: We are just a 10-minute walk from the Torino Porta Susa railway station, a major hub for high-speed rail and local commuter links.
    • By Metro: The nearest station is XVIII Dicembre (Line 1), located only a few blocks away from the residence.
    • By Car: Please note that the building is located within a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). We suggest using nearby underground parking garages or contacting us in advance to arrange access for passenger drop-off and luggage unloading.

Is parking available at the property?

No, we do not have private on-site parking.

Is the property equipped with an elevator?

Yes, all floors of the property are serviced by a modern elevator.

What accessibility features does the property have?

The property is barrier-free and offers accommodations specifically equipped for guests with impaired mobility.

Is Wi-Fi available at the property?

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, including all apartments and common areas.

Are pets welcome?

Yes, small pets are welcome subject to prior notice. An additional pet fee will be applied.

Do you provide luggage storage service?

Certainly. We offer a complimentary luggage storage service for our guests on both arrival and departure days.

What amenities are the rooms equipped with?

All our apartments are equipped with climate control, a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, and complimentary toiletries.

Is a city tax required?

Yes, the Turin City Tax applies. The fee is payable upon check-in (exemptions may apply based on age or length of stay).

What credit cards are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro.

Check-in/Check-out

How does check-in work at the property?

Il check-in avviene direttamente presso la nostra reception, situata in Corso Palestro, 5, dalle ore 15:00 alle 20:00. Al vostro arrivo, il nostro staff sarà a disposizione per accogliervi, completare la registrazione e consegnarvi le chiavi del vostro appartamento.

If you expect to arrive after 8:00 PM, please contact us at +39 011 184 83 777 so our night staff can arrange your access to the building. We kindly ask you to notify us of your arrival time in advance. Please visit the reception desk the following morning to complete your registration.

Is early check-in possible?

An early check-in (before 3:00 PM) is possible only upon request and subject to availability of the apartment. We recommend contacting us in advance to verify feasibility. Alternatively, our complimentary luggage storage service is always available. 

Is late check-out possible?

Standard check-out is by 11:00 AM. A late check-out is possible only upon request, subject to availability and the application of an additional fee. We invite you to contact the reception during your stay.

Is there a transfer service to/from the property?

 No, we do not provide a private shuttle service. However, the residence is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the Torino Porta Susa train station.

Is there a charging station for electric cars?

No, we do not have an EV charging station. However, several public charging points are available in the immediate vicinity.

Are children allowed at the property?

Certainly, families and children are more than welcome. Our apartments are spacious and ideal for family stays.

Rooms

Are baby cribs and cots available?

Children up to 6 years of age may stay for free when sharing a bed with their parents. Please note that we provide a crib for children up to 2 years of age, but we do not provide extra beds.

Are rooms accessible?

Yes, we offer accessible apartments. To ensure we meet your specific needs, we kindly ask you to contact our reception in advance of your booking, so we can best arrange your stay.

Where is breakfast served?

Breakfast is not served on-site and is not included in the stay. However, guests can enjoy breakfast at the café located directly across from the residence.

What type of breakfast is served?

As this is an external service, the selection depends on the café across the street, which typically offers a classic Italian breakfast including coffee, cappuccino, and fresh pastries.

Are gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan options available?

As we do not have an on-site restaurant, we do not provide specific meal options. However, thanks to our prime central location, you will find a wide variety of restaurants nearby that cater specifically to gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan dietary requirements.

No, we do not have an on-site restaurant. However, thanks to our prime central location, you will find a wide variety of excellent restaurants, bistros, and cafés just a short walk from the residence.

Are gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan options available?

As we do not have an on-site restaurant, we do not provide specific meal options. However, thanks to our prime central location, you will find a wide variety of restaurants nearby that cater specifically to gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan dietary requirements. Additionally, several grocery stores in the area stock a wide range of gluten-free and vegan products for your convenience.

Is there a bar at the property?

No, we do not have an on-site bar. However, there is a café located directly across from the residence, perfect for breakfast, coffee breaks, or a quick snack.

SPA, Pool & Gym

Is there a SPA/wellness center at the property?

While we do not have an on-site Spa, we are pleased to offer our guests exclusive preferred rates at QC Terme Torino, one of the city's most prestigious wellness centers located nearby. Please contact our reception staff for more details and to access these special benefits.

What are the SPA/wellness center hours?

As we partner with QC Terme Torino, the wellness area hours follow the center's official schedule. We recommend checking availability and booking your visit through our reception to take advantage of your exclusive guest rates.

Do you provide a SPA kit?

A wellness kit (including a bathrobe, towel, and slippers) is provided by QC Terme Torino as part of your admission through our partnership. Therefore, you do not need to bring towels from your room. Our reception staff will be happy to provide any further information you may need to prepare for your spa day.

Is there a pool at the property?

No, we do not have a swimming pool on the premises. However, through our partnership with QC Terme Torino, guests can enjoy exclusive access to their wellness pools and sensory soak circuits, located just a short distance from the residence.

What are the pool hours?

The residence does not have a lap pool for fitness swimming. The hours for the wellness pools follow the QC Terme Torino official schedule (typically 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM). If you are looking for lap swimming, our reception staff can provide directions and hours for the nearest public swimming pools.

Is a gym available at the property?

No, we do not have an on-site gym. However, thanks to our prime location, several fitness centers and professional gyms are located within a few minutes' walk of the residence. Our reception staff will be happy to recommend the best facility for your needs.

What are the gym opening hours?

As we do not have an on-site gym, operating hours vary depending on the nearby fitness center you choose (most are typically open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM). Our reception staff is available to provide you with the exact schedules and directions for local gyms.
